They are part of a countrywide group of hunters that aim to rid the earth of dangers from unearthly beings. They have help in the form of an angel sent from God, who is on a time-out. This angel with his powers is on hand with just a call. He is especially needed as the king of hell is all set on helping these monsters from unleashing hell on earth. There's also the help in the unexpected form of a demon, who had enough of living the demon life. He is on earth to blend in and live the American dream. It's a series full of drama loyalty and even comic at times.
